Modification:
The second picture shows another design example. Here the writing desk was stained, then painted and slighty distressed, to get a shabby look. Then a wax was added over everything to give it a matte finish. The fittings were replaced by small handles. (Photo by @velvet.rabbit.miniatures)

Coal-burning stove with genuine brass tongs

The kit for the coal-burning stove comes with both the brass rod already bent to go around the cooker and, as an alternative, a straight wooden rod that can be attached to the front of the cooker. For both versions, two small wooden balls are also included, which can be attached to the ends of the rods. The enclosed brass eyelets are used to attach the rods.
The stove is authentically painted in ivory and black. Two cans of acrylic paint for this are included with the construction set. But it also looks very nice when individual parts are painted in gold or silver.

This beautiful concert grand piano is modeled after the great original down to the last detail. The surface is finished with a black gloss varnish. The case, like the original, is covered at the top with a lid that can be opened.
