In the second picture, light green chalk paint was used, which was wiped off in some places after painting to create a 'shabby chic look'. To modify the cupboard doors, you can saw out the window cut-outs from the two doors (part 7 of the kit) with a fretsaw or build the door frame yourself using four small strips. Hint:
