Scope of delivery:

This kit contains all wood panels for walls, floors and roof surfaces made of MDF material (medium density fibreboard) for the construction of the wall house with the removable roof surface. The panels are already provided with all cut-outs for windows, doors and stairs as well as with all grooves for walls and cable ducts. So there is no more sawing!

Small and fine detail:

The roof area can be easily removed at any time via our new roof construction to allow a view into the rooms of the attic.

Instead of a continuous staircase, as was often the case in old houses, the stairs in the wall house are integrated into the living rooms, the cut-outs for a straight flight of stairs(70100) from the ground floor to the first floor and for a spiral staircase (70115) to the attic are already available.

A particularly cosy atmosphere can be achieved by installing a chimney (83070, 83080, 83090) with chimney shaft (83000).

A detailed building instruction with many pictures and detailed drawings, in which step by step the construction and development of the house is explained, makes the simple assembly of the wall house possible.

Windows, doors and stairs:

The matching windows, doors and the stairs for the the wall house are included in the component set (item no. 90520).

In addition, the side wall extended on one side guarantees a stable hold on the edge of the table.

In the second picture, light green chalk paint was used, which was wiped off in some places after painting to create a 'shabby chic look'. To modify the cupboard doors, you can saw out the window cut-outs from the two doors (part 7 of the kit) with a fretsaw or build the door frame yourself using four small strips. Scope of supply:
The construction kit (90350) includes - all - of the wood sections for the walls and floor made from MDF material (Medium Density Fiber panels) which you need to build the "Large townhouse" with folding roof. The MDF panel construction kit includes - EVERYTHING - it's ready-to-go and the milled-in grooves for all of the walls and cable ducts allow even the inexperienced to build the house without tools.

The MDF construction kit does not include the windows, doors and stairs shown, which are all part of the building element set (# 90320), nor the lamps and wallpapers.

Small and intricate details:
The matching components (windows, doors and a staircases) are included in the set of building components (#90320), but they are NOT included in this MDF construction kit. The roof can optionally be equipped with 4 dormers (50370 / 50371) as shown in the picture.

The "Vario concept":

The floor, ceiling and outer walls of the Vario module floors are simply plugged together and stand stably in prepared grooves. The room layout of the Vario modular storeys is freely selectable:

The partition walls can be freely positioned so that you can determine the number and size of the required rooms yourself. If desired, the variability can be further increased by installing partition walls transversely in the rooms. When installing each partition wall, you decide whether the door should be positioned at the front or rear of the wall.

In addition, a large number of Mini Mundus window and door variants can be installed in the existing cut-outs in the outer and partition walls. This is ensured by the corresponding wooden elements, which are used as inserts to adjust the size of the cut-outs accordingly.

With our VARIO concept, we offer you the creative freedom to design and easily build the interior of your personal dream home yourself.

The Vario Module Floor:

The Vario Module Floor (90260) is the perfect and space-saving addition to the Villa Tara (90250) to complement it with one or more floors. Due to the variable interior design the Vario module floor can be arranged as a row of stores, as a cellar and garage or as an apartment: There are no limits to your creativity :-)

The Vario Module House:

In addition, the Vario Module Floor can of course also be constructed and furnished as an independent room, e.g. as a classroom, concert hall, as a shopfloor or as a multi-storey house consisting of several Vario Module Floors 90260, 90360 or 90560.

The perfect combination: The Vario Module Floor 90560, which is identical in width but 10 cm shorter, can be perfectly combined as an upper floor with the Vario Module Floor 90260 as a first floor. The result is a Vario Module House (# 90660) - with an additional balcony, see picture.

Description:

The Vario Module Floor offers a room height of 28 cm. The division of the interior can be designed as desired by means of freely positionable partition walls. All rooms are accessible from the front and are not concealed by a facade front.

Dust protection:

The Vario Module Floor is designed in such a way that there is sufficient space in front of the side walls for a 3 mm thick glass plate to be placed on the floor plate. The glass plate is secured by means of a small screw, which is screwed into the ceiling plate from below directly in front of the glass plate. An appropriately cut glass plate, with polished edges, if necessary anti-reflective, can be obtained from the glazier of your choice.

Windows and doors for the side walls:

The two side panels have door cutouts in the standard for installation of the French double door (# 60110). With the help of various "MDF wood inserts", which are part of the scope of delivery, the size of the door cutout for one side wall can be adjusted in such a way that the following doors & windows also fit as an alternative: The "front door with pillars" (# 60050), the "interior door with window and skylight" (# 60180), the Victorian window (# 50160) or the Patrician Window (# 50170).

To install the large "entrance portal with side windows" (# 60130) or the large Patrician studio window (50210) simply enlarge the standard door cutout slightly. A detailed illustrated description of how to install the windows and doors is part of the building instructions.

Partion walls:

In addition, two partition walls are included, one without and one with a door cutout for the panel interior door (# 60070). Additional partitions, with door cutout, can be ordered under item number 90270.

Concealed wiring:

With the help of six enclosed flat strips, which are additionally glued onto the roof, intermediate spaces are created, virtually a double bottom, onto which an existing doll's house (Villa Tara) or alternatively another Vario Module Floor (90260 or 90560) can be placed, so that there is sufficient space for lamp cables to be laid (see picture).

Scope of delivery:

The kit comes with extensively illustrated building instructions, furnishing suggestions and all panel blanks made of MDF material (medium density fiberboard) for the assembly of a Vario Modul Floor The side walls, ceiling and floor panels are provided with precisely manufactured grooves, which guarantee an easy assembly of the Vario Modul floor. In addition, two freely positionable partitions are included as well as three MDF wood inserts that can be used to reduce a door cutout of the side walls, 6 flat strips and a tube of wood glue.

The interior furnishings, windows, doors and stairs are not included in the scope of delivery.

Five cut-out sheets with true to scale colour prints of 51 boxes of different sizes with 21 different original motifs, 13 advertising boards and 4 pointed bags for sweets and goods.

Fine and small details:
The merchant (45036/45037), the cash register (19520), the kitchen scale (19080), the cleaning set with bucket (19150), the Kitchen pendulum lamp (25880) and the wall lamps (25510), the wine bottles (15200) and the small wooden stand with ham and fruits are not inclusive.

The pictured wine rack and a small fruit / vegetable stand, which are not inclusive, can be easily build with our wood cut outs (40150).

The final touch:
The illustrated furniture construction kits were first painted with our high quality oak varnish (43008), then sealed with clear varnish (43007) and finished at the end with patina (43006) so that the lovely antique wooden surface arose.

Handcrafted by our master tailor, the curtains are small works of art that give every room a special touch.

Dimensions:

200 - 205 mm high, 92 mm wide

All of the window curtains include a natural wood pelmet (50910) and the suitable material for laminating the pelmet.

Small and intricate details:
A very attractive appearance is achieved when the pelmet is waxed in mahogany (43002) or cherry (43004).

The furniture kits were sprayed with the paint spray in white, RAL 9010, in silk matt after assembly. The flowers supplied are not bound, so you can give your creativity free rein.

Tip:
To be able to place high flowers on the shelf, it is advisable to leave out one of the three shelves in the large shelf, which are provided for in the standard set-up.

Hint:
If you want to reproduce our complete florist shop, as shown in the large photo, you will need an additional shop shelf (40090), the large patrician studio window (50210) and the door with skylight (60181).

Alternatively you can also glaze the kits in mahogany (# 43001), cherry (# 43003) or oak (# 43008) - and then use the paint can for other purposes.
